I read about holders of a TT Visa now being entitled to a TRC, does that then give them the right to work, and is a Work Permit still necessary?
Hi Chris,
If you have a TRC, you can stay in Vietnam for long term based on your TRC’s length. Work permit can be also issued if you have a job in Viet Nam.
Thanks!
My friend booked a round trip ticket from USA to Da Nang for 6 months. However, the tourist visa is maximum for 3 months. We wonder if it will be a problème or not when he arrive at the airport? Thanks
Hi Vi,
Your friend should get visa on arrival for 3 month, then can extend more 3 month.
So no problem for him.
Thanks!
Henry
Please, save your money and time and look for visa services elsewhere.
I went to the office for visa extension, which they said would take almost two weeks. I tried to shop around, but did not have much luck in Da Nang. When I came back next day for extension I was refused one. The staff suggested I’m better off leaving the country.
I made few calls, sent few emails and had my visa extended in 2 days by one of travel agents much cheaper in Hoi An.
Great service!!
Hi Leva,
We are sorry for your issue. Just because from this time we temporary stop extending visa, some of our customers had to leave Vietnam too. We will inform you all when we extend/renew visa again.
Thanks!
